Stitious LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the HeirLock mobile application (the "App") and this website (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in a meaningful way — not just reciting legal requirements.

The core privacy guarantee of HeirLock is simple: your secrets never leave your device through us. The App is designed with an offline-first, zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we are technically incapable of reading your secrets even if we wanted to.

HeirLock operates as a purely local, on-device application. We collect no personal information through the App itself. The App does not require account creation, email address, phone number, or any identifying information to function.

If you contact us for support (e.g., via email), we may temporarily retain:

• check_circle Message content — to understand and resolve your issue.

This information is used exclusively to respond to your support request and is deleted once the matter is resolved. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

We want to be explicit. HeirLock will never collect, transmit, or store:

HeirLock implements a military-grade cryptographic method that splits a secret into multiple fragments called "shares." Each share is mathematically meaningless on its own. Only when a pre-defined minimum threshold of shares is combined can the original secret be reconstructed.

All cryptographic operations — splitting, distribution, and reconstruction — happen exclusively on your device. No internet connection is required or requested during these operations. No fragment of your secret is ever transmitted to Stitious LLC's servers (because we have no servers involved in this process).

This marketing website (stitious.com) is a static site. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We do not use advertising networks or marketing trackers.

Standard web server logs may be generated by our hosting provider and may include your IP address, the pages you visit, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and operational purposes and are not used to identify you personally.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Downloading the App is subject to the privacy policies of those platforms, which are independent of Stitious LLC.

This website uses Google Fonts to load typefaces. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve font files. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle such requests.

HeirLock is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete any such information.

Because we collect virtually no personal data, most data-subject rights are satisfied by default. Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

Significant changes that affect how we process personal data will be communicated more prominently, such as by posting a notice on our website or within the App.
