How do I edit the board on Apple TV?
Press Play/Pause on the remote while the board is showing.
How do I put the board on a TV from an iPhone or iPad?
Choose Show on a TV in the app and follow the steps. It uses AirPlay screen mirroring.
Why does my message stop on a “Made with Message Board TV” page?
That is the free version: your own messages play once. Home and Business loop them without the page.
How do I see the plans or start the free week?
Open Board Settings, then Subscription, then See Plans.
How do I restore a purchase on another device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open See Plans and choose Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
In your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Does Ask AI send my messages anywhere?
No. It prepares a prompt for you to copy into an assistant of your choice, and you paste the result back. The app calls no AI service.
Where are my messages stored?
On the device. Use Export Sequence (Business) to move one to another device.
